2022 Artist Application Fillable PDF
New artists are required to provide Tribal documentation, examples of work (3) and a brief biography highlighting accomplishments and awards.
Important Dates
· Friday 11/18/2022: last day for electronic submission (or USPS postmark) of applications
· Friday 11/25/2022: FINAL deadline for booth selection/payment
· Friday 12/9/2022: artist set-up, 12:00pm-7:00pm. Potluck Welcome and Dance for artists, families and volunteers at PGM from 6:00-8:00 pm.
Fees:
The single booth fee is $200.00 and the double booth fee is $375.00
